Qualifications

Student or recent graduate with an excellent academic record

Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to make concise presentations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

A strong intellectual curiosity. You’re a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture.

Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project

Organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our work.

The Role

In this role you will have the opportunity to work across the business, solving operational challenges. You will work in the Office of the COO, and will have individuals who will be on hand to guide and help you.

The Office of the COO team works to ensure that Marpe Wellbeing is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. This is the heart of the business. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, and implement operational strategies that solve our critical problems.

You'll join us as an intern for 6 months (flexible and remote working).

You will:

Research and publish monthly self-help articles and newsletters which will be made available to patients and clients.
Organise mental wellbeing events.
